What is the ruling on sending an anonymous message to clarify problems and corruption in a foreign company, and is this considered a fitna (strife/discord), especially if the intention is revenge?

The employee is obligated to perform the trust of work, offer advice to the company, and combat corruption and unlawful acts, based on the Almighty’s sayings: “O you who have believed, do not betray Allah and the Messenger or betray your trusts while you know [the consequence]” and “And those who are to their trusts and their promises attentive.” And based on the Prophet’s, peace and blessings be upon him, sayings: “Render back the trusts to those who entrusted you,” and “Religion is sincere advice.” If the employee finds a way to rectify the corruption without informing the officials, let him do so; otherwise, let him write to the company's management to correct the situation and eliminate the corruption, not for revenge.
