Voluntary prostration (sujud (definition) mutlaq) for a menstruating woman is not legislated due to the absence of evidence for its permissibility. However, she can exert herself in the remembrance of Allah through tasbih (glorification), tahmid (praise), tahlil (declaration of Allah's oneness), sending blessings upon the Prophet, and supplication. Reciting the Quran is also permissible for her according to many scholars.
