Which is better: to frequently say "Subhan Allah" (Tasbih) or to frequently invoke blessings upon the Prophet (peace be upon him)?

Here's some advice for increasing your remembrance of Allah (Tasbih) and sending blessings upon the Prophet (peace be upon him), keeping in mind that the preferred one varies according to the situation. Sending blessings upon the Prophet (peace be upon him) is better when his name is mentioned, on Friday, and after the Adhan (definition) (call to prayer). As for Tasbih, it is better during bowing (Ruku') and prostration (Sujud (definition)), when descending into a valley, in the early part of the day, before sleeping, and after the prescribed prayers.
