The answer

If a woman sees menstrual blood, prayer becomes forbidden for her by the consensus of Muslims. Every blood considered menstruation prevents a woman from praying, and blood is considered menstruation if it is seen at a time suitable for it to be menstruation. It is necessary to clarify how a girl's menstruation is disturbed to rule on the blood she sees. One can refer to No. 96371 to know when a girl should pray and when she should abstain from prayer.
