Is the divorce of a wife valid if she is in a state of postpartum bleeding (nifas), knowing that he divorced her 42 days after childbirth, and based on the Hadith: "Whoever performs a deed that is not in accordance with our matter, it will be rejected"?

The maximum period for postpartum bleeding (nifas (definition)) is forty days according to the majority of scholars. Any bleeding beyond this is considered irregular bleeding (dam fasad) and does not prevent prayer, fasting, or sexual intercourse, unless it coincides with the usual time of her menstrual period, in which case it is considered menstruation. If a man divorces his wife after the forty-day period, the divorce is valid and effective, unless it coincides with the time of her menstrual period, in which case it is a divorce during menstruation, the validity of which is disputed, with the preponderant opinion being that it does not occur.
