Is a girl obligated to wear the full hijab when her body hair starts to grow?

A person is not considered religiously accountable (mukallaf) until after puberty. The religious obligations are lifted from a child until they reach puberty. Signs of puberty appear with wet dreams, the growth of coarse hair around the pubic area, or reaching fifteen years of age. For females, menstruation is an additional sign. The guardian should accustom the girl to fulfilling obligations and avoiding prohibitions before puberty, so that it does not become difficult for her after puberty. If the girl is approaching puberty, her guardian should oblige her to wear the hijab (definition) to prevent temptation and corruption.
