Is the time of Fajr considered a state of purity from menstruation if the area is dry upon waking, while yellowness reappears later with movement and housework?

The yellowish discharge (ṣufrah) that is connected to blood is considered menstruation. Purity (ṭahārah) is only achieved by dryness (jufūf) or the white discharge (al-qaṣṣah al-bayḍā’). Regarding dryness, it must persist for a considerable period, such as an hour. If the cessation is less than an hour, it is not considered purity. A momentary cessation that reappears after movement is not considered [purity]. However, if the cessation continues for a significant period after waking up, then purity is deemed to have occurred.
