The answer

The Almighty's saying: "And what is the life of this world except the enjoyment of delusion" means that the pleasures, desires, and adornments of this world are fleeting and perishable enjoyments that have no reality, deceiving and deluding whoever thinks they are permanent, and leading to calamities and misfortunes. This world is a temporary abode destined for annihilation and disappearance, not for eternity. Imams Al-Tabari, Al-Qurtubi, and Ibn Kathir interpreted it as belittling the status of this world and clarifying its transience and perishability, encouraging its utilization in obedience to Allah. No scholar or exegete has ever said that "enjoyment of delusion" means menstruation.
