What is the ruling on girls knowing about topics of sex, reading about them, and listening to lectures related to them?

Stating generally that children must learn sex education is dangerous and has negative consequences. However, it is permissible to learn it with Sharia (definition)-compliant controls when there is a need, such as when they are about to get married, or to teach them the rulings of janabah (definition) (ritual impurity) and menstruation. This should be undertaken by the parents or religious scholars. Spreading this culture through newspapers and television channels incites children and pushes them towards sexual activity, which is what the West suffers from. So, let those who advocate for this in Muslim lands fear Allah.
