Do all these reasons permit traveling for study without a mahram?
A woman's travel without a is impermissible, but this necessity is permitted if there is an urgent need for her travel, such as preserving her religion, for necessities permit the forbidden. Scholars have stipulated the permissibility of a woman traveling out of necessity without a mahram, especially if the necessity is to preserve her religion and out of fear of temptation. Accordingly, there is no harm for you in traveling or staying to complete your studies without a mahram as long as the country is safer for you, and you do not fear temptation in your religion for yourself. Your husband's endeavor to reside with you remains obligatory, even if it costs him extra money.
