A woman is prohibited from traveling without a husband or a , except in cases of necessity. Work is not a necessity that permits travel without a mahram. If your brother has reached puberty, he may be a mahram for you. If he has not reached puberty, he is an adolescent, and many scholars have permitted considering him a mahram for travel. Therefore, you are permitted to travel in the company of your brother.
