It is permissible to assist a non- woman and attend to her needs, provided that there is no fear of temptation (fitna) and the limits of are observed. Thus, private seclusion () or suspicious intermingling (ikhtilat) are not permissible. If there is a fear of temptation, then it is not permissible, even if it were originally permissible.
