Are the drops of blood that appear one day after purification from menstruation, and after intercourse, considered menstruation? And should a woman pray and be intimate with her husband during the period between purification and the reappearance of blood if the duration of the interruption is unknown?

The blood that a woman sees a day or two after the end of her menstrual period has no effect, whether it is little or much, as long as the minimum period of purity (fifteen days according to the majority of scholars) does not separate it from her regular period. Consequently, her ruling is that of a pure woman, so she may fast and pray, and it is permissible for her to have intercourse until her natural menstrual period returns.
