The answer

Divorce matters are serious, and it is best to refer them to courts or knowledgeable scholars for direct consultation, especially since the ruling on this issue is not agreed upon. The husband's statement "You are divorced, O so-and-so" is an explicit declaration of divorce, and his denial is not outwardly considered. However, if you are certain that three divorces have occurred, it is not permissible to remain with him. As for repeating "divorced, divorced, divorced by three, then divorced by sixty," it counts as three divorces according to the majority of scholars, and this is the most preponderant opinion. The occurrence of divorce during a period of purity in which intercourse occurred or during menstruation is a bid'ah (innovation) and is forbidden, but the majority of scholars believe it takes effect, and this is the most preponderant opinion. Anger does not prevent the occurrence of divorce unless it reaches the point of losing awareness. If the husband divorces while drunk and not knowing what he is saying, the preponderant opinion is that it does not take effect. Using hashish is forbidden, and its addict is a fasiq (transgressor). It is advisable to refer to the Sharia court to settle the matter.
