The answer

Anger does not prevent the occurrence of divorce as long as the person is aware of what he is saying. Divorcing a menstruating woman or a woman in a period of purity during which intercourse occurred is an innovative (bid'i) and forbidden divorce, but it is considered valid by most scholars. The saying "You are divorced, divorced" results in a single divorce if you did not intend to issue two divorces. If three divorces have not been completed, you may take back your wife before the ' (waiting period) expires, which is three menstrual cycles, or the delivery of the child, or three months. The taking back (ruju') is accomplished by word or by intercourse.
