Is it permissible to kiss the ground during prayer upon experiencing the sensation of prostrating beneath the Throne and feeling closeness to God?

Humility (khushu') in prayer is a characteristic of the righteous and a reason for entering Paradise. This is achieved by perfecting ablution (wudu') and praying with a present heart. Praying with humility is like the prayer of one bidding farewell, who believes it might be their last prayer, which motivates perfection and humility in it. The feeling of Allah's closeness, conversing with Him, His answering of supplications, and His reward for obedience is a good feeling, and it is a special closeness for righteous believers. Allah Almighty turns His Face towards His servant in their prayer as long as they do not turn away. A worshipper should not spit towards their face, for Allah is in front of their face, while believing that Allah is established upon His Throne above the heavens. As for kissing the ground, it is not legislated, because acts of worship are based on divine command (tawqif).
