Is it permissible for me to take 6,0 Saudi Riyals from my entitlements, which amount to 17,0 Saudi Riyals, and travel without the knowledge of my employers, while leaving 11,0 Saudi Riyals with them, knowing that I feel regretful about doing so?

If your right is established against a person who denies or procrastinates, and you manage to seize some of your due, then it is permissible for you to take it; this is known as the issue of "seizing one's right." However, if the right is not established, or if there is doubt regarding its establishment, then it is not permissible for you to take it. In such a case, you must return it to its owner if possible, otherwise, you should give it in charity with the intention that the reward goes to its owner.
