The answer

If the company sells an unpopular product as popular, this is prohibited deception. In this case, the employee is a trusted agent of the company, acting according to its permission. He is not allowed to sell at a price different from what the company has set, and if he sells the popular product for more than the set price, the increase belongs to the company unless the company permits him to keep it.
