The answer

In an '' (leasing/hiring) contract, the lessee owns the usufruct of the hired person (employee) for a specific, limited time, which is the official working hours. Once this time expires, the lessee has no authority over the employee, and the employee is free to do whatever they wish and for whomever they wish.

Therefore, there is no objection to working outside official working hours in the same field. Sincere advice should be given, and this is not considered a betrayal unless company secrets or details of its operations are divulged. Divulging secrets is a betrayal and forbidden, especially if it causes harm.
