The answer

A private employee is entitled to their salary if they make their services available and dedicate themselves to work during official working hours, even if they do not directly perform any tasks, as long as the impediment is from the employer's side and not their own. The employee's presence at the workplace is determined by custom or the agreed-upon condition with the entity.
