If the manager is not authorized to grant leave for a few days, then it is not permissible. One must adhere to the working hours for all working days according to the regulations and laws, for Allah Almighty says: "O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts," and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Muslims are bound by their conditions."
