If the criteria set by the Ministry of Social Affairs for assistance apply to you, there is no harm in taking the money. However, if these criteria do not apply to you, then it is not permissible for you to take the money because it is considered money obtained through deception, and you must inform the Ministry of Social Affairs to remove your name from the assistance registry. Even if your father was the one who requested the assistance, that does not absolve you of responsibility.
