The answer

Sleeping after the Fajr prayer is permissible; its doer does not commit a sin. However, some scholars disliked it due to the health and other effects that result from it, unless there is a need for it. It has been reported that provisions (rizq) are distributed at that time. Ibn al-Qayyim said: "Morning sleep prevents provisions, because that is the time when creation seeks its provisions, and it is the time for the distribution of provisions, so sleeping then is a deprivation, unless there is an impediment or necessity." Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar said: "It has been reported that provisions are distributed after the Fajr prayer." Imam Malik holds that sleeping after the Fajr prayer is not unlawful, and a weak was reported from Uthman ibn Affan that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Morning sleep prevents some of the provisions."
