Is it obligatory to leave night shifts at a pharmacy, which lead to missing the Fajr prayer due to extreme fatigue and difficulty waking up, knowing the need to support one's family and being certain that "whoever fears Allah—He will make for him a way out and provide for him from where he does not expect" and "whoever leaves something for the sake of Allah, Allah will compensate him with something better"?

There is no blame upon you if you take the necessary means to wake up for Fajr prayer, such as setting an alarm. However, if you wake up, turn off the alarm, and then intentionally go back to sleep while being aware of your action, you commit a sin due to your negligence. You are not required to leave your current job, but if you can find another job that does not result in missing prayers, that would be more preferable.
