Is it permissible to offer food to fasting non-Muslim workers during the day in Ramadan to prevent them from stopping work?

It is not permissible to bring non-Muslims to work in the Arabian Peninsula due to the harm this causes to the individual and society, and because it contradicts the command of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, to expel the polytheists from it. There should only be one religion remaining in it.

As for offering them food in Ramadan (definition), it is not permissible to assist them in anything that contradicts the Sharia (definition). Rather, they should be advised and guided towards Islam. If they refuse, then they must manage their own affairs, and there should be no leniency with them in this regard.
