Is it permissible to work for a company whose Christian owners stipulate that there should be no prayer during working hours, knowing that the female worker is compelled to work and may pray while sitting or make up the prayers after returning home?

If the work leads to abandoning prayer or some of its pillars or conditions, then it is not permissible to continue in it, and one must search for another job that does not conflict with prayer. However, if there is a necessity for this work and basic needs cannot be secured except through it, then it is permissible to combine two prayers (Dhuhr and Asr, and Maghrib and Isha) at the time of one of them, either by advancing or delaying. Some scholars have permitted combining prayers for a general need. But without a need or excuse, it is not permissible to combine two prayers because it is among the grave sins.
