What is the ruling if it is impossible to perform ablution at the workplace due to the presence of men, which forces a woman to delay the Dhuhr prayer and combine it with the Asr prayer at home? Does this delay cause her to fall into sin?

It is forbidden for a woman to work in mixed-gender environments with men, because it is a cause of corruption. If, in addition to that, there is negligence in prayer, the prohibition is confirmed and it must be abandoned.

However, if a woman cannot find any other work and is in need, there is no sin upon her for continuing in it, provided she observes the Sharia (definition) guidelines such as adhering to modest dress, avoiding unnecessary mixing with men, and maintaining prayers at their appointed times. If this becomes difficult, she is permitted to combine prayers when necessary, but not to make it a habit.
