The answer

If a woman is forced into intercourse while fasting, she is not required to make up the fast (qada') nor offer expiation (), based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Verily, Allah has forgiven my Ummah for their mistakes, their forgetfulness, and what they are forced to do." This coercion must be legally recognized (shar'an), such as a threat of death. However, if the coercion is not legally recognized, then she must repent sincerely and make up that day.
