The answer

Gambling is among the major sins, and Allah has forbidden it in His Book, associating its prohibition with that of intoxicants in His exalted saying: (O you who have believed, indeed, intoxicants, gambling, [sacrificing on] stone altars [to other than Allah], and divining arrows are but defilement from the work of Satan, so avoid it that you may be successful. Satan only wants to cause animosity and hatred between you through intoxicants and gambling and to avert you from the remembrance of Allah and from prayer. So will you not desist?).

It is not permissible to work in a gambling casino because it constitutes assistance in sin, and Allah the Almighty has said: (And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty).

Money earned from working in a gambling casino is unlawful wealth; it must be disposed of by spending it on charitable causes.

One must seek a permissible means of earning lawful sustenance. And whoever gives up something for the sake of Allah, Allah will compensate him with something better, in confirmation of His exalted saying: (And whoever fears Allah – He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect).
