Prayer and Fasting at Work

• Is one sinful for looking at the face of an unveiled girl out of curiosity, and is this sin forgiven through Dhikr (remembrance of Allah)?
• Is it considered forbidden and a sin to go to a mosque imam who claims to remove sorcery and to follow what he says, knowing that he does not remove sorcery? And what is the ruling on that?
• Is the one who practices masturbation considered sinful despite his diligence in performing the obligatory duties and abstaining from forbidden acts?
• Is it obligatory for a girl to break off her engagement to her relative toward whom she feels no affection, and there are financial and social disparities between them, in addition to her feeling that his religiosity is not at the level she had hoped for?
• Does a traveler pray a shortened prayer if he travels for work for one or three months with a one-week vacation, and then returns to his city?
• What is the ruling on the salty secretions that a fasting person feels in their mouth, do they invalidate their fasting and prayer?
• Is expiation for an oath obligatory upon one who swore not to omit four rak'ahs before and after Dhuhr prayer, then omitted them? Or upon one who swore not to let his companions pay for tea, but they paid? Or upon one who swore he possessed no money, but had $200?
• Is it obligatory to pay the fasting expiation (kaffarah) for a pregnant woman before the Eid prayer, or is it permissible to do so after it?
• Is a person's intention, through their good deeds in this world, such as seeking forgiveness with the intention of gaining provision or giving charity with the intention of healing, considered shirk (polytheism)? And does seeking ample provision make a person a slave to the dinar? And is saying, "This is my money, inherited from my ancestors," or "Japan developed due to dedication to work," considered shirk?
• Does the departure of one waiting for prayer from the mosque to renew their ablution -not because it was invalidated- interrupt the virtue of waiting for prayer and necessitate renewing the intention, by analogy with i'tikaf, or does the virtue continue?
• What is your advice to a young man who suffers from short stature (159 cm), which causes him embarrassment and affects his desire to marry? And can Allah answer his prayer to increase his height, despite growth having stopped, to reach, for example, 175 cm? And is his height considered dwarfism, short, or average?
• Does a father's forcing his daughter to recite a daily portion (wird) of the Quran and pray in congregation with her mother, restricting her outings, interfering in her studies and work, constantly and harshly criticizing her and questioning her religiosity and morals, causing her siblings to shy away from religious commitment, and preventing her mother from visiting her elderly, sick mother, constitute disobedience (ʿuqūq) that warrants sin on the father's part? And does the daughter sin if she retorts to him or cries in protest of his harshness?
• Is the Hadith, "The people of Paradise will not regret anything except for a moment that passed in which they did not remember Allah," authentic? What is the benefit of good deeds if the people of the lower ranks in Paradise will not feel regret? How can one achieve perfect faith? Is it better to study Sharia or human medicine? Are there accredited Islamic universities in Egypt other than Al-Azhar?
• Why do Prophetic Hadiths refer to men in the context of great rewards (such as the Hadith of the seven whom Allah will shade with His shade, and the Hadith of the Fajr prayer in congregation), suggesting that a man's opportunities to draw near to Allah and earn rewards are greater than a woman's?
• What is the ruling on dealing with a Muslim who does not fast and offers coffee and cigarettes to non-fasters and Jews in Ramadan, and how should he be advised and dealt with if he does not accept the advice?
• Is using medication to induce menstruation in Ramadan, for the purpose of finding an excuse to break the fast and avoid embarrassing family, considered intentional breaking of the fast that necessitates making up for it?
• Are there any proofs that provisions are distributed at dawn, or that there is a connection between the dawn prayer or time and provisions?
• What is the ruling on a Muslim remaining married to a woman who does not pray, despite her outwardly embracing Islam before the marriage?
• What is the ruling on prayer and fasting for a woman who uses a contraceptive that causes prolonged bleeding (three weeks), with a short period of purity (less than two weeks), and is this blood considered menses or istihadah (non-menstrual vaginal bleeding)?
• Am I obligated to work to please my father, or to stay at home to please Allah, knowing that my father is displeased with my not working due to intermingling (free mixing of genders) and negligence in prayer, and am I sinful for not utilizing my knowledge?
• Should Muslims residing in Italy, whose fasting hours reach 18 hours and 38 minutes due to the long daylight, be given special treatment to alleviate their burden, especially since their work is arduous and other Islamic countries adjust the clock to ease conditions for their citizens, or is compassion for Muslims restricted to Islamic countries?
• Does Ibn Abbas's statement, "It is not permissible for her, when she sees purity for an hour, except to perform ghusl," mean that the bleeding must stop for at least an hour, or is it sufficient for it to stop for five minutes or less to indicate purity? And are sleeping hours counted within the dry period, or must dryness be confirmed for an hour after waking up, especially when relying on dryness as a sign of purity?
• Is it permissible for a woman to remove her hijab in a non-Muslim country where she resides with her husband for his work, due to the risks of assault on veiled women, with the intention of wearing it if she moves to another country? And is she entitled to seek a divorce from her husband due to his alcohol addiction, despite his commitment to prayer and fasting and his good character, especially since she is pregnant by him?
• Should a suitor who follows and is followed by women in his academic work in Turkey be rejected, or should he be given a chance with a request to unfollow the women if they get married?
