Is it permissible for a female representative to work with cosmetics, perfume, and cleaning product companies, collecting money from customers in advance, then bringing them the goods after deducting her commission (20%), while also receiving points that are cashed out as another sum of money at the end of the month in exchange for these points, given that the company is aware beforehand of the representative's commission and the points?

There is no objection to a person working as an agent for a company in selling permissible products, provided that the wage is known. Scholars differed regarding the ruling on the wage if it is a percentage. The majority of scholars hold that it is impermissible due to gharar (definition) (excessive uncertainty), while some permitted it. It is necessary to ensure that the method of sale is Islamically permissible. If the company operates in an impermissible manner (such as the method of the "My Way" company mentioned in a previous fatwa (definition)), then it is not permissible to deal with it.
