The answer

If the company's work is specifically related to usurious banks, or its software is designed exclusively for them, then it is not permissible to work there, due to the generality of Allah's (SWT) saying: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression." Therefore, one must leave this job and seek permissible work, for whoever abandons something for the sake of Allah, Allah will compensate him with something better. The justifications mentioned do not reach the level of necessity that permits the forbidden. The wage must be known and not a percentage of the profit, due to the ambiguity involved.
