What is the difference between Sadaqah (charity) and Infaq (spending for the sake of Allah) as mentioned in the Holy Quran, with words such as: (those who give Sadaqah), (those who spend), (give Sadaqah), and (spend)?

"Sadaqah (definition)" is what a person expends from their wealth to draw closer to Allah. Its origin lies in voluntary giving, though it may include what is obligatory. As for "Nafaqah (definition)" (expenditure), it is broader and can be in wealth or other things, encompassing both the obligatory and the voluntary. Furthermore, "Nafaqah" is used with multiple meanings, such as zakat (definition), voluntary sadaqat, spending in jihad, spending on one's family, developing the world, and Allah's provision for His creation. Nafaqah can be for good or evil purposes.
