Is it permissible for a widow who owns two houses (one for her residence and the other for her son and his family), and has no money or income to live on, to receive Zakat money?

If the two houses are owned by the woman and serve as a dwelling for her and her children, sufficient for their needs without excess, then her ownership of them does not prevent her from being described as "destitute" (miskeenah) if she does not have enough from her son or anyone else. She is given from zakat (definition) what suffices her, without being burdened with selling them.
