Is it permissible for me to give Zakat al-Fitr to my father?

It is not permissible to give al-Fitr to one's father. If he is wealthy, it is not lawful for him to receive it. If he is poor, it is not permissible to give it to him because his maintenance is obligatory upon the one giving the Zakat.
