Should a woman pay her accumulated zakat to the Zakat Fund or give it to her son for his marriage?

The aforementioned salary is inherited wealth for all heirs, unless the disbursing entity specifies it for the wife only, in which case it belongs to her. She must pay zakat (definition) on what she owns from it if it reaches the nisab (definition) and a hawl has passed. She must also pay zakat for past years that she did not pay, by exercising diligence and investigation, in a way that absolves her responsibility, as Allah Almighty says: "Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity." She can seek assistance from experts in this regard. It is permissible for her to give her son from her zakat money to help him marry if he is eligible to receive zakat.
