What is the disagreement among jurists regarding the disbursement of monetary value in Zakat al-Mal (wealth tax) and Zakat al-Fitr (charity of fast-breaking)?

I have thoroughly reviewed the jurists' opinions on this matter, along with their proofs, and have clarified that scholars hold three different views on it: absolute permissibility (the view of Abu Hanifa and the choice of Al-Bukhari), absolute prohibition (the view of the majority), and permissibility for a benefit (the choice of Ibn Taymiyyah). The Hanbalis also have a view that it is permissible in matters other than Zakat (definition) al-Fitr.
