Is a Hawl zakat obligatory on money inherited by minor orphans, and if so, in whose name is it to be rendered?

Zakat (definition) is not obligatory on inherited money as a lump sum, but rather on the share of each heir individually, if their share reaches the nisab (definition) (minimum threshold) and a full lunar year (hawl) has passed since the day the deceased passed away. So, whoever's share reaches the nisab and a full year has passed, Zakat becomes obligatory upon them. And whoever's share is below the nisab, there is no Zakat upon them. If Zakat becomes obligatory on the share of a minor, their guardian should pay it from the minor's money.
