The answer

There is no on milk itself. However, if its value reaches the (minimum threshold), either by itself or when combined with other monetary assets or trade goods, and a full year (hawl) passes on it, then Zakat becomes obligatory, to be paid at a rate of one-quarter of one-tenth (2.5%).
