The answer

Depositing money in usurious banks is forbidden, whether with or without interest, except in cases of necessity, such as when a person fears for their money and there is no safe place available. In such a case, it is permissible to deposit money in a current account without interest. If you are compelled to place your money in a usurious bank due to fear for it, or due to special circumstances, then place it in a current account without interest, and pay the required fee for its safekeeping. There is no harm in that. As for the method of disposing of ill-gotten gains, it is by spending them on charities, good deeds, and general public benefits for Muslims. It can be given as charity to the poor and needy, whether Muslim or non-Muslim, while avoiding entities hostile to Muslims. An exception to this is the obligatory , which is not to be given to a disbeliever.
