The answer

The preponderant opinion is that money is not designated by specific allocation, and selling some items that can be used for both permissible and forbidden purposes does not make their price unlawful, nor does it make the pharmacy's profit from selling them unlawful. This is further confirmed by the lack of certainty that the buyer will use them for forbidden purposes, so we remain with the principle of permissibility. Therefore, if the pharmacy's earnings include both permissible and forbidden elements, this does not mean that any part of the salary of someone working there is forbidden, as long as they did not directly engage in the forbidden act themselves.
