Is it permissible to benefit from money acquired from selling a house that was purchased with usury?

Usury is one of the major sins. If someone bought a house with money earned from usury (such as bank interest), they must repent and give all the usurious money in charity. Any profits generated from it should be divided between the earner and the owner of the original capital. The earner should give half of the profit in charity, in addition to the usurious principal. However, if the purchase was made with a usurious loan, the house belongs to the buyer and its profit is theirs, and they must repent for paying the usury. The money given in charity should be spent on the welfare of Muslims and those eligible for zakat (definition).
