Usurious profits are ill-gotten gains that their owner must dispose of by spending them on charitable and good causes, such as giving them to the poor and needy. It is permissible to give them to poor relatives, and the poor can benefit from them for their housing, clothing, and needs. The owner of the usurious account should be advised to repent and withdraw their money from the usurious bank.
