Is it permissible to give usurious gains to one's parents to build a house for them?

Whoever possesses unlawful wealth, such as usurious gains, must dispose of it by spending it on the interests of Muslims or by giving it to the poor and needy. If his parents are poor, he is obligated to spend on them. If he has no lawful wealth, he should spend on them and on himself from this unlawful wealth to the extent of his need, because at that point, it becomes lawful and good for them and for him. Imam Al-Nawawi mentioned that if unlawful wealth reaches a poor person, it does not become unlawful for him, and the poor person may spend it on himself and his children if they are poor.
