Is it permissible to refuse the charity money that the head of the family wants to return after he has found a job, and does my acceptance of the money invalidate the charity, and what is the ruling on the action of both parties?
It is not permissible for the donor to retract their charity after giving it to the poor person and the latter has received it, due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "The example of one who retracts his charity is like a dog that vomits and then returns to its vomit and eats it."
It is permissible to accept the return of charity in one case only: if it was obligatory and the recipient was not eligible for it. In this case, it is permissible to take it back and spend it on the rightful recipients of Zakat without benefiting from it oneself.
If you accepted the return of the charity, this is not permissible, and you must return it to the one who gave it to you. If they refuse it, then give it out as charity.
