What is the ruling on using a chat and dating website — which displays immodest pictures of women and contains illicit relationships — to obtain a free credit card, by inviting religious people to register on the site with the aim of gaining points and financial sums, while obligating them not to use or promote the site, but merely to register and activate, then delete the account? And is it permissible to take the money sent by the site?

This material benefit is not a necessity, so a forbidden act is not permissible for its sake. Averting harm takes precedence over acquiring benefits, just as the principle of blocking the means to forbidden things prevents this. Exposing righteous and upright people to such corrupting sites is dangerous, and a person cannot be sure of their own safety if they expose themselves to temptations. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) taught us that it is not appropriate to expose oneself to temptations, and a person is commanded not to expose themselves to temptations. The Sharia (definition) emphasized the danger of temptation by women, as it is the first of the desires mentioned in His (the Almighty's) saying: ﴿Beautiful for people is the love of desires, [such as those for] women and sons, heaped-up sums of gold and silver, fine branded horses, livestock and tilled land.﴾ [Al-Imran: 14]. It is not permissible for the questioner to use this website to obtain the card.
