What is the ruling on buying and selling CashU cards and Bint El Halal cards for the purpose of funding online accounts?

First: The "CashU" card is permissible to buy and to make purchases with.

Second: If the "Bint Al-Halal" (Virtuous Woman) card is like "CashU," then it shares the same ruling.

It is warned against using these cards to subscribe to dating sites for marriage, because marriage through this method often fails, contradicts Islamic law, and is built upon doubt and suspicion. Furthermore, many young men do not trust those who offer themselves online and seek a pure and chaste wife.

Sheikh Abdul Karim Al-Khudair has issued a fatwa stating that communicating with non-mahram men online is a cause for moral decay, and a woman should not address them except out of a legitimate necessity. He also clarified that these websites are a gateway to evil and a lure from Satan. He explained that Allah has decreed a woman's sustenance of marriage, and whoever fears Allah and abandons what He has forbidden, Allah will facilitate her affairs and provide for her.
