Does the physical composition of water change when the Quran and supplications are recited over it?

The circulating information about the Qur'an's effect on water composition originates from a Japanese man who is not a scientific expert. It is imperative to verify such news and not disseminate it without confirmation from reliable scientific sources, for Allah the Almighty says: (O you who have believed, if there comes to you a disobedient person with [some] news, verify it). Spreading unverified information may raise doubt about the religion. A Muslim suffices with his certainty in the truthfulness of revelation regarding the blessings of Zamzam water and Ruqyah (definition) (Islamic incantation), and there is no need for excessive delving into the unseen manner of their effect, as Allah the Almighty said: (Say, "I ask you not for it any reward, and I am not of the pretenders"). One should not delve into unseen matters whose mechanisms have not been clarified, as seeking into them may lead to confusion and doubt, as scholars have mentioned.
