Is it permissible to partner with jinn in life and acquire knowledge from them, or learn some sciences from them to help others in healing with the Quran and the Beautiful Names of Allah, knowing that they taught the enquirer healing verses in a dream? And does this matter constitute polytheism with Allah?

It is not permissible to seek the help of jinn or to partner with them, because they are unseen beings whose conditions are difficult to ascertain. Neither the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, nor any of his Companions or the Tabi'in were ever known to have done so. One must protect themselves from them by reciting the Quran and remembering Allah the Almighty. As for acquiring knowledge from them in a dream, it is not permissible to rely on it unless one wakes up and researches the matters they were guided to and finds them sound and lawful, as happened with Abu Hurairah and the devil who guided him to the verse of Al-Kursiy.
