Whoever believes that deeds are part of the definition of faith is not a Murji’i. And whoever’s actions contradict their words is disobedient to Allah Almighty, and their disobedience may be disbelief (kufr), hypocrisy (nifaq), or wickedness (fisq), according to what the indicates. They are not considered a disbeliever إلا if they commit that which necessitates apostasy.
